I have been in the real estate business since August 1992; but we moved our family to Tucson in 1974.  My husband and I had two mobile home parks and bought/sold fix-up properties while raising seven children.  At present we only have three rentals… (at one time we had 40)…  therefore, we keep up on the latest rental issues. We also have owned & operated a BED & BREAKFAST for 13 years, HACIENDA Del REY…a 5500sf Mexican Hacienda with a center courtyard.  We closed our doors to the public at the end of 2008; however, we still offer accommodations to my clients while they are in Tucson searching for a new home.

I was associated with Custom Design Realty and C&C Construction for 14 years, where I began as Secretary, then Broker Assistant; before moving my license to a relatively new company, 1^st Tucson Real Estate who closed their doors in 2008… after which, I joined, Purple Sage Realty.  I have a background in interior design and drafting, which I find helps a great deal when working with my RESALE & NEW CONSTRUCTION home buyers.  My grandfather was also a builder and I am well acquainted with construction!

For many years my main focus was NEW CONSTRUCTION representing C&C Designer Homes, as a Realtor & as their Color Coordinator.  I have, in the past, LISTED homes FOR SALE,  however I now only work with BUYERS  to find,  for them, just the right …RESALE home,  NEW home or LAND for their future home.  I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and I LOVE IT!

After attending Hogan Real Estate School, I have continued my education, to not only include what is required of all RE agents, but; I have attended special classes to obtain my New Home Construction Specialist, Graduate Power Agent and Accredited Buyer Representative designations.  Two of these included about a year each of classes.
