I have been in the real estate business since August 1992 and before that my husband and I had a two mobile home parks and bought / sold fix-up properties while raising seven children. At present we only have two rentals... (at one time we had 40)... therefore, we keep up on the latest rental issues. We also have a BED & BREAKFAST HACIENDA del REY... a 5500sf Mexican Hacienda with a center courtyard.
I was associated with Custom Design Realty and C&C Construction for 14 years, where I began as Secretary, then Broker Assistant; before moving my license to a relatively new but very active company, 1st Tucson Real Estate. I have a background in interior design and drafting which I find helps a great deal when working with my RESALE & NEW CONSTRUCTION home buyers... My grandfather was also a builder and I "know" construction!
For many years my main focus was NEW CONSTRUCTION representing C&C Designer Homes, however; I have always LISTED homes FOR SALE and love working with BUYERS to find, for them, just the right... RESALE home, NEW home or LAND for their future home.
After attending Hogan Real Estate School, I have continued my education to not only include what is required of all RE agents, but; I have attended special classes to obtain my New Home Construction Specialist, Graduate Power Agent and Accredited Buyer Representative designations. Two of these included about a year each of classes.
